Information we collect

Confidential Management Review requests. When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, company or ownership entity (if given), property or portfolio location, approximate unit count, and any message you include.

Career applications. When you submit the Careers form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, position of interest, how you heard about us, any note you include, and the resume file you upload.

Technical and usage information. If Google Analytics is active on your visit (see Cookies & Analytics below), it collects standard technical information such as pages viewed, general device/browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address. We do not currently operate any other analytics or advertising tracking on this Site.

Why we collect it

We use Confidential Management Review submissions solely to respond to your inquiry about a property or portfolio. We use Careers submissions solely to evaluate candidates for potential positions with Reliance. We use analytics information, when active, solely to understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell personal information submitted through this Site, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Service providers

Operating this Site involves a small number of third-party service providers who process information on our behalf:

• Vercel — hosts the Site and processes standard web traffic to serve pages.
• Resend — delivers form submissions (Confidential Management Review and Careers applications, including uploaded resumes) as email directly to Reliance.
• Google Analytics — once activated, processes anonymized/aggregated usage information as described above.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how it processes information on our behalf.

Cookies & analytics

This Site does not use advertising cookies. If Google Analytics is active, it may set cookies or use similar browser storage to distinguish visitors and measure usage. You can accept or decline analytics cookies through the preference banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.

How long we keep information

We retain information submitted through this Site for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected — responding to your inquiry, or evaluating your application — and delete or de-identify it when it is no longer needed for that purpose or for a legitimate business or legal reason. Reliance has not yet adopted a fixed retention schedule for website submissions; this policy will be updated if one is established.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), server-side form validation, and restricting who can access submitted information — to protect information sent through this Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Applicant information

If you submit a job application or resume, that information is used solely for recruiting and employment-evaluation purposes. Please do not include your Social Security number, banking or financial account information, driver's license number, or health information in your application — this Site does not need, and you should not submit, that information through the Careers form.

Your choices

You may decline analytics cookies at any time (see above). To ask a question about information you've submitted, or to request that we delete it, contact us using the information below. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law; we will respond to verifiable requests consistent with those laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
